I can't log in or access my account

LunarCrush uses a passwordless system. Simply enter your email address and you’ll be sent a confirmation code to log in.

Try in order:

  1. Email accounts: use Forgot Password on the login page.

  2. Wallet logins: reconnect your wallet and ensure it's on the correct network.

  3. Check email

  4. Click the login button in the email or copy the 6-digit code and enter on the login screen.

  5. Didn’t work?

  6. Clear browser cache or try incognito mode.

  7. Temporarily disable browser extensions — wallet extensions can interfere.

If still locked out, contact support at lunarcrush.com with your account email or wallet address.
